How MaspalaWatch manages your municipality records and account:
- MaspalaWatch captures your municipality records, calculates and displays the balance for a previous month and the balance due for a current month.
- Records for any month can be accessed and displayed at any stage when they are needed.
- Data can be displayed in tables and/or graphs in order to see the trends of the electricity and/or water consumptions over a number of months or years. This assists when planning where and how to save on the water and/or electricity consumptions.
- Records for electricity, water, refuse, demand charges, etc can be displayed and analysed separately. These data forms can be saved or printed if necessary.
- Errors in the charges and/or meter readings can be noticed and reported to the municipality on time.
- When payments are registered the system calculates and displays the amount paid and the balance for a month in question. In that way, MaspalaWatch can be used to resolve disputes and conflicts that involve the account payments to the municipality.
- The application can be installed and run on any computer that runs on windows. Any additional software is supplied with the application.
