This feature increases the acceptance and approval rate of the educator and learner records by the LURITS server. For example, invalid dates of birth and ID numbers can be identified right when data is being captured.
- staffWatch generates all schedules that are required either by the schools or the district offices. The schedules can be customized to any specification that would suit the requirements of the department.
- staffWatch can query all LURITS feedback files and generate a brief report that shows records were approved or rejected by the LURITS server. This makes it very easy for an administrator to read the feedback files, make the necessary corrections and send the records back for approval.

staffWatch comes with a very dynamic and user-friendly timetable Interface. Educator periods are allocated quickly and with great ease.
- The interface can allocate any number of periods per educator, delete and re-allocate periods.
- The interface draws most of the data used to setup the timetable from the database. As a result, minimal typing is done during the process.
- The interface has space for up to ten periods of any duration and up to ten educators per class per day and the break-times can be positioned anywhere in the timetable.
- Both the daily and/or weekly educator timetables can be pre-viewed and saved or printed anytime it is deemed necessary.
